* Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $15 charge for each additional person.

* A credit card deposit equal to 50% of stay is required for stays of 2 nights or more. A 100% deposit is required for 1 night stays. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to reservation date. Otherwise, deposits will be forfeited. Deposits on reservations for 3 or more rooms may be non-refundable. Because we are a small bed and breakfast we cannot issue refunds due to weather conditions or other reasons. A $15 handling fee applies to all cancellations.

* There may be a minimum stay of two or three nights on weekends.

* We are a non-smoking facility and have a no-pets policy.
